Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 21, 2026 · Last updated: August 21, 2026

This document is a draft prepared for the TrackPayLM platform and is provided for information only. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before you rely on it.

1. Who we are

TrackPayLM is a software platform owned and operated by MJEE Technologies LLC, 825 N 19th St, Allentown, PA 18104, United States. Contact us at support@trackpaylm.com.

2. Our two roles: customer data vs. our own data

Workforce data submitted by carrier customers. When a carrier organization (“Customer”) uses TrackPayLM to manage its contractors, the Customer decides what data is collected and how it is used. We process that data on the Customer’s behalf and under our agreement with them. If you are a contractor or administrator in a Customer workspace and you want your data corrected or deleted, contact the Customer first; we will support their instructions.

Our own data. For account registration, subscription and billing relationships, security and abuse prevention, product support, and our own business records, MJEE Technologies determines the purposes and means of processing and acts on its own behalf.

3. Information we handle

4. How and why we use information

Where a law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Service and support), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement, business administration), legal obligation (accounting, lawful requests), and consent where required — for example, device location permission, which you can decline or withdraw in your browser settings.

6. When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share it as follows:

7. Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage for authentication, session management, and interface preferences (for example, whether the navigation sidebar is expanded). We do not use advertising cookies and do not run third-party advertising trackers. If we add product analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by law.

8. Retention

We retain workspace data for as long as the Customer’s account is active, and afterwards only as needed for legitimate business, accounting, audit, dispute, or legal purposes. Because pay, deduction, DVR, and approval records serve as historical business records, they are generally retained for the life of the workspace even when an item is cancelled or a contractor is deactivated. On termination, Customers may export their data within a reasonable window before deletion. Log and security data is retained for a shorter period. Specific retention schedules are available on request.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, database row-level security that isolates each Customer workspace, hashed API tokens, signed webhook payloads, restricted server-side access to sensitive operations, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; please report suspected vulnerabilities or incidents to support@trackpaylm.com.

10. Where data is processed

We are based in the United States and our infrastructure and service providers process data in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Residents of certain U.S. states, including Pennsylvania-based users covered by other states’ laws, and individuals in the UK/EEA, may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

To exercise rights over data in a Customer workspace, contact the Customer, who controls that data. For data we hold on our own behalf, email support@trackpaylm.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity.

12. Children’s privacy

The Service is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice through the Service or by email.
